Books:
Length of loan: 4 weeks
Renewals: once, 2 weeks
Non-circulating: Reference, reserve, periodicals (bound & unbound),
"new" books,
poetry books, certain special items
Media (sound recordings, videocassettes, DVDs):
Length of loan: 2 weeks
Renewals: no
Non-circulating: Reserve collection, slides, "new" items
Shipping Methods:
Books and media: UPS or CDLC courier
Photocopies (in order of preference): Odyssey, Ariel, first-class mail,
CDLC courier,
e-mail attachment, fax. Color copies sent only by first-class mail or
CDLC courier.
Charges:
Free to reciprocal lenders, $11.00 to non-reciprocal lenders. Billing
preferred via
IFM or EFTS.
Fines:
After 8 weeks overdue, replacement charge + $35.00 processing fee.
