How does someone print from a laptop?

To print from a personal computer, there are two options

  1. Install the printer on your device. Click here for instructions.
  2. Use Webprint in place of installing the printer:

Webprint is a function of Papercut that is useful for quick, last minute print jobs that do not have custom print options. The document is uploaded to the user’s print queue right from a personal computer without installing any printers or software. Note: You cannot select page ranges, change print options (single vs double sided). The entire document as uploaded will be printed. Also there is a size limit and large documents will not be printable using Webprint.

To use Webprint, the user must log in to On the left hand side select Webprint and follow the instructions to upload the document to the print queue. Once the item is listed as “held in queue” it can be printed from the appropriate printer.
